High Adventure
Troop 129 Introduction to High Adventure

In August 2008, 7 Scouts from Troop 129 went on their first High Adventure trip. We camped at Mirror Lake State Park near the Wisconsin Dells. Our activities included kayaking, rock climbing, geocaching, ultimate Frisbee, capture the flag, Frisbee golf, and hiking the bottom of Lake Delton. Our kayaking and rock climbing were guided by Vertical Illusions www.verticalillusions.com . We cooked our own meals except for our last dinner, when we hit the Dells for a Paul Bunyan feast and two rounds of Adventure Golf.

For future trips, we are looking into such adventures as:
- Isle Royale
- Isle Royale National Park
- Boundary Waters Canoeing
- Sea Base
- Philmont

And other cool places!
